The First Knot
Maybe it begins like this.
A quiet tension.
Not loudly, but persistently — as if something inside is slightly off-kilter, just enough to notice.
There are moments when thought loops don’t close.
Ideas overlap. Meaning tangles.
We try to solve it.
Think it through. Journal. Scroll. Escape.
But sometimes the knot isn’t there to be undone — it’s there to be followed.
This space isn’t about fixing thoughts.
It’s about loosening the threads.
Giving them space to breathe.
Some knots dissolve with attention.
Others lead somewhere unexpected.
You won’t find answers here.
But maybe you’ll find better questions.
And occasionally — if the light hits right — you might catch a flicker of an eye behind the curtain.
Watching. Wondering. Willing to be seen.
Welcome to Mindknots.
